Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • South Africa (Standard Delivery - Courier Services): 2-5 business days, R75.00 (estimated, subject to courier rates and delivery location)
  • South Africa (Express Delivery - Courier Services): 1-2 business days, R150.00 (estimated, subject to courier rates and delivery location)
  • International Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 7-14 business days, price varies based on destination and weight. Calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our online store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Our online store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
